FiberBench Faraday Rotator Mirrors
FiberBench Faraday Rotator Mirror systems are typically used for non telecom wavelengths. Since the Faraday rotating elements for non-telcom wavelengths are relatively large a FiberBench system is needed. The system is essentially a fiber retrace system with a 45° Faraday rotating element added to the beam path. For 1310 and 1550 application see our MFI series Faraday Rotator Mirrors which are small pigtailed devices.

Two applications for the Retrace Systems are:

Minimizing effects of polarization state changes in single-mode retrace applications, e.g., Michelson Interferometer. Request separate literature from OFR.
Magnetic Field & Electrical Current Sensors, inquire.

FC/APC Connector-Interface (disconnectable).
When ordering, terminate Part Number with -X
